Water Damage Drywall Repair
After the water is gone, someone has to make the room look like nothing happened. That part is ours.
Water damage is the job we get called about most in Northeast Georgia, roof leaks in spring storms, upstairs bathroom supply lines, and basement seepage. We remove compromised material, verify the substrate is dry, rebuild, and finish the room so there is no visible record of the event.

What's included
- Moisture-compromised board removal
- Coordination with your restoration or plumbing contractor
- Insulation replacement where saturated
- Stain-blocking primer on affected framing
- Full rebuild, tape, finish, and texture match
- Insurance-friendly documentation and photos
How we approach it
- 1
Confirm the source is fixed
We do not close a wall over an active leak. If the source isn't repaired yet, we'll tell you straight.
- 2
Verify dry
Framing and adjacent material checked before anything is covered.
- 3
Remove and rebuild
Affected board and insulation removed, new material installed to the original detail.
- 4
Finish and document
Full finish plus before/after photos you can hand to your adjuster.
This is probably you if…
- A pipe burst or a roof leaked and the drywall is stained or soft
- Your restoration company dried it out and left an open wall
- Your basement took on water along the bottom of the wall
Pricing
Scope depends on how far the water traveled. We quote after seeing it. Estimates are free. We quote the job in front of us rather than pricing from a chart.
