Who we share information with
We share the minimum necessary information with people who help us do the work you asked for: subcontractors assigned to your project, and service providers we use for email, scheduling, and invoicing. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
If you ask us to work with your insurance company, builder, or property manager, we will share project documentation with them on your instruction.
Project photos
We photograph our work for documentation and, sometimes, for our portfolio. Portfolio photos never include your name, address, or any identifying detail without your permission. If you'd rather we not use photos of your project at all, tell us and we won't.
How long we keep information
Project records are retained for as long as needed to support warranty coverage and to meet accounting and tax requirements. Quote requests that don't become projects are retained for a limited period and then removed.
Your choices
